We left Trinidad on the 27th, and stopped in Humboldt Redwood forest for lunch on our way south. It was over 90 degrees, and both Kathy and Mia jumped into the Eel river with their clothes on to cool down. We stopped for the night at Nelson Family Vineyards. They have a great setup for being a harvest host, with spots for up to 6 RVs. The wines are fantastic, and we ended up buying 2 bottles. From there we drove to Silvia's horse ranch where we spent 2 nights. We will be spending the next few days at home to celebrate Bridget and Mia's birthdays, and then we will hit the road again after the Holiday weekend. I will post again once we are on the road.
